Pilates

A practice for connecting strength and softness through breathing.

Pilates is approached here as a practice of perception and organization as much as performance.

Through springs, resistance and movement exploration, sessions support mobility, strength, coordination, breathing and adaptability.

The work is informed by contemporary movement practices, somatic education and attention to nervous system regulation.
