Sessions
One-to-one sessions
Hands-on sessions combining touch, movement and listening.
A space to explore pain, recovery, coordination, perception and new possibilities of organization.
Sessions take place on a treatment table and are adapted to each person individually.
Group classes
Weekly classes exploring movement, perception, coordination and variability through guided practice.
Open to all levels.
Thursday– 5pm.
Online morning practice
Short online morning classes focused on awakening perception, mobility and aliveness through playful movement exploration.
Tuesday to Saturday – 7am CET
